An issued schedule is only the beginning. Its units need confirming, exceptions need answers, and the next reviewer needs more than a total. Tectelis keeps that working in one editable handoff.
Inside the workflow
Four steps. The source stays with you.
Use one schedule for a current handoff. Add a comparable previous snapshot when the quote needs revision context.
Preserved English sample screens from the earlier web version. They illustrate the quantity and rate workflow; they do not depict the new scope-check or Arabic interface. The worksheet is intentionally partial, and these are not customer results.
A useful boundary
Bring a table. Keep its meaning explicit.
A UTF-8 CSV with a complete section designation, grade, individual piece count and length per piece. Choose mm, m, decimal ft or decimal in, and state the supplied scope and length basis.
Split Shape and Dimensions columns need a firm-supplied combined section column. PDF, drawing, BIM and ETABS files are outside this workflow.

Web workspace files reopen in a compatible Tectelis web version with valid access. The earlier offline Windows edition cannot open this workspace format. Keep the complete JSON and its readable exports; no conversion or permanent web access is promised.

Processing
Each action sends project data to the web service for processing. Project contents are not intentionally stored by the application.
Optional help
Optional assistance uses the exact sample you approve. Each preview names the configured provider and model: OpenAI or TypeSafe/Jev, or a labelled local test mock. Confirm every choice; manual mapping remains available.
Limits
256 KiB per CSV, 1 MiB per project including history, up to 1,000 rows.
Access and recovery
Access conditions appear in your account. If access ends, the already-open tab can still download its last accepted project.

Before you begin
Clear expectations.
Does this replace Excel or PowerQuery?
It can produce CSV for an existing spreadsheet handoff. An advantage over a competent reusable Excel or PowerQuery workflow has not been established. Evaluate the complete setup, checking, correction, handoff and recovery job with your own permitted files.
Does it check structural safety or generate shop drawings?
No. It works with supplied counts and declared lengths. It does not approve engineering, design connections, infer plates or bolts, generate fabrication drawings, calculate installed cost or issue a complete quote.
How do I sign in?
Use Sign in with the email address already verified for your account. Access conditions are shown at activation and in Settings. Purchasing is not yet available.
Can I keep my work if access ends?
Save project JSON while you work. After access ends, the interface can still download its last accepted project without new calculation. Retain the file and the compatible application version; an open browser tab alone is not a durable save.
What happens to an unresolved row or missing rate?
It stays visible. Notes do not make invalid quantities valid. Excluded rows prevent complete-source claims, and missing rates remain unpriced. NET reconciliation requires comparable complete snapshots.
Reusable layouts, focused review and explicit scope questions
The new web workspace can save a confirmed column layout as a separate file, focus existing issues, and capture one requirement against one current group’s supported rate coverage. Reconfirm units, meaning and completeness each time; layouts never copy scope, rates or approval.
Optional scope assistance is a narrow suggestion, not an approval. Explicitly pair an applicable requirement and reference with a selected rate’s exact coverage, exclusions and context. Preview the provider text before consenting. A manual question remains available. Unknown exclusions never trigger an AI request.
Included interface language packs are supplied locally. Automatic translations are labelled; no customer text is sent to a translation service. Your chosen account language is saved for your verified identity. Reports have an explicit language choice; source cells and firm wording are never translated. The capability guide is currently in English.
Keep the complete workspace JSON, including up to 20 captured checks and their history within the 1 MiB total limit. The earlier offline Windows application does not open this web workspace format. The selected web price is USD 49 per month per account; purchasing is not yet available.
